Join us for 2 hours of priceless knowledge and hospitality. You'll learn how to make two cocktails while utilizing multiple techniques. Learn about the tools and tricks to master flavor creation, presentation, best practices, etc.

Welcome Cocktail: Clarified Milk Punch topped with an air.

First Cocktail: A play on the Clover Club, using seasonal fruits and herbs, with a focus on the dry and wet shaking technique. 

Second Cocktail: Summer Shack, adding depth to a modern classic. Gin and fortified wine work together to create a fresh summer sip.
