Tasting Room Hours: Wednesday-Friday 4-7, Saturday-Sunday 12-6.
$8 tastings include pours of each of our five gins, an aquavit and a limoncello.
Or enjoy a delicious selection from our rotating cocktail menu. Our current selection includes a Chapter One London Dry Gin Martini and a Manhattan made with Woodcut Barrel Rested Gin. In addition, we're mixing up three seasonal concoctions: the Italian Breakfast, with Co-Authored: Roasted Gin, Italian red bitter, sweet vermouth, orange curacao, and cold brew concentrate; the Blink of an Eye, made with Chapter One Navy Strength Gin, raspberry liqueur, grapefruit, lime and soda; and fan-favorite Midsommar, with Stjarna Aquavit, orange curacao, lemon and simple.
April's cocktail specials are the Läst Word, made with Stjärna Aquavit, Brovo Uncharted Rhapsody Liqueur, Maraschino Liqueur, and lime; and Strawberry Fields, with Chapter One London Dry Gin, strawberry-infused Bookmark Limoncello, soda and mint.

We are now offering non-alcoholic options and snacks! Bring the family and enjoy an afternoon together. You are more than welcome to bring your own food in too, we have some great restaurants nearby.
We also offer curbside pickup and retail sales; simply place an order online and we'll reach out with pickup days and times to coordinate.
About our Tasting Room
Passion is as important as the botanicals we use in our gin, so don't hesitate to come with questions and an open mind to learn more about this delicious spirit.
Pop on by for a tasting and/or cocktail or contact us to book a full tour experience which includes a tasting flight and cocktail to enjoy while learning about how gin is made. You'll then take a tour through the production area, as well as a sneak a peak next door where we are getting ready to make bourbon and single malt whiskey.

Note about reservations: We do not normally take reservations, but will do our best to accommodate if you reach out to us shortly before your visit. Tasting room seating capacity is 12, with room in our overflow area for more, but we cannot guarantee seating for large groups without warning or a scheduled private party rental.
