Part of our summer cocktail club kit, this amaro was made with sunshine in mind. Seattle sunshine, so a little bitter, but that's a good thing. Lots of gentian root and orange peel married with some cinchona bark and other herbs make this bright, strong, and an amaro that takes more than a few sips to unfold all of the flavors.
Our favorite in a Spritz or Paper Plane, it's basically our take on another popular orange-colored amaro. Just bolder and better. Who figured?
