Join us for a private gin portfolio tasting and educational talk on all things gin. What does the term London Dry mean? What are botanicals and how to they lend flavor to different kinds of gin at different proofs? How does distillation work?
Your group will get the chance to taste gin poured by our head distiller, learn all about the different aspects of gin, and enjoy a craft cocktail after tasting through the lineup. While you enjoy the cocktail you can walk through and see the still, learn about the production process and how that gin made it into your glass. You'll also get to see the production facility next door where we are making bourbon and learn about that as well (bourbon still won't be ready for a few years).
Our tasting room can accommodate groups of up to 12, but if you plan to schedule your tasting & tour package during our open hours, please be aware that we may only be able to reserve one table for your group (seats 4). Groups larger than 4 may need to schedule during off-hours unless individuals are comfortable standing during their tasting. Thank you for understanding the limits of our small space!
Cost is per person and includes portfolio tasting, tour, and a craft cocktail from our current menu. Buy as many as you would like and then contact us to schedule your tour!
