Winter 2025 Cocktail Club Release, featured in our 'Spill The Tea' cocktail kit. This is scrumptious, flavor-packed liqueur made using the peels of fresh bergamot citrus. After macerating we infuse the proofing water with local Irish Breakfast black tea (Everything Tea in Snohomish), and finish it by sweetening with Organic WA wild blossom honey (Beeline Organic Honey in Lake Stevens).
It's punchy, layered in flavor, and perfectly balanced with piquant citrus, strong tea, and just the right touch of honey. Works great with gin, tea, other herbal spirits, and of course all by itself. Stock up while you can, this is a limited release!
