1 oz Bookmark Limoncello

.5 oz Chapter One London Dry Gin

Prosecco

Combine limoncello and gin in a cocktail tin, fill with ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into a flute or coupe glass and top with prosecco. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Strawberry Fields

1 oz strawberry-infused Bookmark Limoncello*

1 oz Chapter One London Dry Gin

Soda

Add limoncello and gin into a Collins or highball glass, top with ice and soda and stir well. Garnish with a mint sprig.

*Strawberry limoncello: add 60g of dehydrated strawberries to 750 ml of limoncello, let sit for 24 hours before straining.
