2.5 oz Chapter One London Dry Gin
.25 oz Dry Vermouth
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
Lemon
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, fill to the top with ice and stir for 20-25 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist.

2 oz Chapter One London Dry Gin
.5 oz lime juice
Ginger Beer
Add all ingredients to a rocks glass filled halfway with ice and stir well. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Hanky Panky
1.5 oz Chapter One London Dry Gin
1.5 oz Sweet Vermouth
.5 oz Fernet
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, fill to the top with ice and stir for 20-25 seconds. Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora or coupe glass and garnish with a lemon peel.
Bees Knees
2 oz Chapter One London Dry Gin
1 oz honey syrup*
1 oz lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail tin, fill with ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
*Honey syrup: Combine two parts honey and one part boiling water (by volume). Stir until the honey is completely dissolved and allow to cool completely before using.
