.25 oz rich (2:1 syrup)
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, top with ice and stir 20-25 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass and garnish with a coffee bean.

2 dashes aromatic bitters
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, top with ice and stir 15-20 seconds. Strain over a big rock. Express a lemon peel over the cocktail before discarding, garnish with star anise.

.75 oz sweet vermouth
.75 oz cold brew concentrate
.5 oz orange curacao
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail tin, top with ice and shake for 20 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass and top with ice. Garnish with a manicured orange peel.
