Constant Reader Gin Cocktails

Bramble

2 oz Constant Reader Gin

.5 oz Blackberry Liqueur

.5 oz simple syrup

.5 oz lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail tin, top with ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass and top with ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Constant Gardener

2 oz Constant Reader Gin

2 oz lemonade

.5 oz fruit shrub

1 dash lime bitters

1 dash aromatic bitters

Combine all ingredients in a rocks glass, top with ice and stir well. Garnish with a sprig of thyme.

On the Sauce

2 oz Constant Reader Gin

2 oz cranberry juice

.5 oz lime juice

.5 oz rich (2:1 syrup)

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail tin, shake until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass and top with ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
