Grapefruit Rosemary Liqueur Cocktails

Tropical Sunburn

1 oz Chapter One Navy Strength Gin

1 oz Grapefruit Rosemary Liqueur

1.5 oz mango juice

.5 oz lime juice

Habanero tincture, to taste

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail tin and top with ice, shake 15-20 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass and fill with ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.

1.5 oz Chapter One London Dry Gin

.5 oz Grapefruit Rosemary Liqueur

.5 oz Lillet Blanc

.25 oz Bookmark Limoncello

1-2 dashes orange bitters

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail tin and top with ice, shake 20-25 seconds. Strain into a coupe or Nick and Nora glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
