Stjärna "Jul" Aged Aquavit Cocktails

Jul Like It

2 oz Stjärna "Jul" Aged Aquavit

1 oz honey syrup*

.75 oz Lillet Blanc

.75 oz lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail tin, top with ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass and add ice. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel.

*Honey syrup: Combine two parts honey with one part boiling water, stir until honey is completely dissolved and allow to cool completely before using.

The Mitten

1.5 oz Co-Authored: Roasted Gin

1 oz Stjärna "Jul" Aged Aquavit

.25 oz rich (2:1 syrup)

2 dashes orange bitters

2 dashes aromatic bitters

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and fill with ice, stir for 20-25 seconds and strain into a chilled coupe or Nick and Nora glass. Garnish with a manicured orange peel.
