Tasting Room Hours: Wednesday-Friday 4-7, Saturday-Sunday 12-6.
$12 tastings include pours of your choice of six spirits. Additional tastings are $2 each.
Or enjoy a delicious selection from our rotating cocktail menu. Our current selection includes a Martini made with Chapter One London Dry Gin; the Desert Rose, with Chapter One Navy Strength Gin, hibiscus syrup, lime, and limonata; an Orange Fashioned, with Woodcut Barrel Rested Gin, orange syrup and elderflower lime bitters; the Co-Conspirator, with Co-Authored: Roasted Gin, BroVo Amaro Guffey, hazelnut bitters, lemon, simple and soda; and the Garden Club, with Stjarna "Jul" Aged Aquavit, Bergamot & Tea Liqueur, honey, and lime.

We are now offering non-alcoholic options and snacks! Bring the family and enjoy an afternoon together. You are more than welcome to bring your own food in too, we have some great restaurants nearby.
We also offer curbside pickup and retail sales; simply place an order online and we'll reach out with pickup days and times to coordinate.
Passion is as important as the botanicals we use in our gin, so don't hesitate to come with questions and an open mind to learn more about this delicious spirit.
Pop by for a tasting and/or cocktail or contact us to book a full tour experience which includes a tasting flight and cocktail to enjoy while learning how gin is made ($40/person, 1-1.5 hours). You'll then take a tour through the gin production area, as well as the 'whiskey warehouse' next door where we've started making bourbon. Tours are scheduled around the head distiller's calendar so please let us know your preferred date/time as early as you can, however we can often accommodate last-minute requests on weekdays and Saturday afternoons depending on the week.

Note about reservations: We do not normally take reservations, but will do our best to accommodate if you reach out to us shortly before your visit.
